I have a booked a Oyo room on 13 may 2023 my booking id is HFHB6093 I called Oyo property more den 10 time but no one responded my call soo I have cancelled the booking den I called in costumer care and told dem to refund my money back so dey told me dat I will credit your money in your main source but Dey transferred my money in Oyo wallet and Dey also sended me a mail of confirmation dat we assure you dat we will transfer your money in main source but Dey didn’t did dat so I want to complain and take serious action against Oyo costumer care as well as Oyo property and I am also Oyo costumer care and I have all the evidence against dem so it’s a request
