I placed an order with the restaurant Ku Kooch Ku and they took half an hour to accept it. It was only after I notified Zomato through chat that a delivery guy was assigned and the restaurant accepted the order. 20 minutes later I get a call from Zomato and was told that the restaurant is shut and they had accepted the order in error. I was obviously irritated since now not only would it take another 1 hour to get my lunch since I would have to start the process again but my refund would take upto 7 days. I kept asking what action do you i.e Zomato take against the restaurant…the rep then hungup on me. I was shocked. How much worse does this company get? An already mistreated customer and then instead of treating them with politeness you hang up. I did not raise my voice or use abusive language so this was completely unacceptable!!!
