I have chosen to install the Airtel XStream fiber broadband at home so i choose one 799 plan online and after the 3 days gone I received call of one executive for installation but before that the executive told me that documentation is necessary so he sent some other executive to collect the documents and after verification he sent me a link saying that need to do online payment to Airtel after that it will get install so I paid the amount 2828 plus 18%taxes for 3 months but till yet its not install I m calling again n again and after payment and they are giving me execuses again n again need help to resolve the issue.thanks
