Text of Complaint by Tisa:

I ordered Samsung galaxy F41 in exchange of old phone at exchange value of 2750. While verifying the delivery guy said I I’ll have to pay 1500 extra for the exchange rate.
To which I said I need to think and the delivery guy asked if product needs to be rescheduled, and I said yes to the same.
On 23-oct on chat I asked for the delivery for the product as i was ready to pay extra 1500. And it was promised that product is in Thane and will be delivered by 28-oct.
On 24-oct I received a message stating product has been cancelled and refund will be received by 3-Nov.
Reason for cancellation by customer service agent: no response from customer/ rejected by customer.
Now flipkart is saying to place new order as previous order is cancelled. Why should i place a new order with revised increased price. Customer did not cancel the product, so why should customer bear the loss.
Also, on 24-oct an agent named Mahesh confirmed that he has raised a complaint and will update me on the same.  But on 25-oct when an Agent named Kajal called I realised that no such complaint was raised.  Agent Kajal was not ready to raise a complaint for this situation so i asked for any complaint Emial ID. Agent gave -Outeach@flipkart.com, i wrote to this mail ID and today i realised that this email ID belongs to some other desk. This is absolutely unacceptable. Who is delivery guy to decide the cancellation. And why such false promises by the agent???
The reason given by delivery guy is false and it is an unsatisfactory service produced by Flipkart and Ekart.
I want a positive response

  1. I Ordered a washing machine in Big Bollion Day which came defected as the installation guy reported. Instant the replacement request was made which was accepted / yet to approve bothbwere shoqingbqhichbwas a technical glich . Anyways it showed replacement wud be done on 31oct 2020 but no one turned around . I initiated a request to call back and tge person tod thatvit cannot be innitiated bcoz seller has not approve it … later said there os a glitch in system and the product is unavailable so we will refund . For this need to raise a new ticket, I said k ls do .. later the other ticket was raised but remained unheard .. anyways i raised a request to arrange a call back .. there customercare called and somehow the call got missed . He closed the request updating .. customer dint responded so issue closed . Hats off to you guys ..

    Later i approched social media team .. theyvcalled and told.. we are having technical glitch so i am unable to raise your request but internally it has been initiated. .. wait for 72 hours ( and it repeated 7-8 times ) i have given do many updates to get it resolved but not done .. they always say .. we called you but u dont revent and send fake emails ( have given my alternate no to many a times ) but no call there too..

    After all this drama i called on there tollfree no . Call hot connected but the executive discinnected the call .. i called again.. sunesh(cce) said the refund has been disapproved . But as you are saying you have concern, will escalate and will connect your call to one level up .. which he failed to do keepibg on hold for 10 min and transfred to some stage one and then disconnected..

    Don’t buy anything from them . They have become the worst service provider .. who has the complete dependency on seller ..
