They have collected Rs. 35000 – 40000 in the name of providing trip vouchers and other complimentary dining and travel vouchers and are not reachable now by any means ( phone numbers are either not reachable or does not exist).

same happened with me , they collected 175000 but still today not given any service & customer care number always switch OFF
