Dear Sir/ Madam
I am Aftab Hussain proprietor of Firm Hussain traders. I placed the order on 7th of June 2021 of three products Mi 10i 5G, one Bluetooth Headphone and one Laptop Cleaner and the payment for the same for Rs. 22695 by Credit Card. The order of one Bluetooth and one Laptop Cleaner is Cancelled and refund for the same is received on 7th June 2021 itself. The Order of Mi 10i is expected to be delivered by 9th of June 2021. However the product is neither delivered nor it is cancelled till 25th June 2021. The Payment of Rs. 20999 is Still not refunded by the Amazon. I order of Mi 10i is Placed to be used in the business purpose. Due Non Delivery product neither its refunded is received the services of amazon frustrated me from Amazon. Due no availability of Product my business transactions are also impacted I am Filing for the claim of My order amount of Rs. 20,6999 along with legal charges which will have to incurred by me for this case and Compensation for disturbing the peace of my mind due to frustration of Services of Amazon regarding my order in last 10 days I am demanding the compensation of Rs. 10 Lakh for disturbing my peace of my mind and demurrage charges incurred due to my business loss due to non delivery of product or not cancelling the same
