Text of Complaint by Sherry Watkins:

I cannot access my Kindle Fire account.  I have been locked out for unusual activity on my account.  Nobody can tell me what the unusual activity is because it is locked.    I have been told that someone would contact me but that hasn’t happened yet.  I get emails that are worthless
