Placed order for some food items from a food shop today at about 10A.M: Order Id -158474474310 . Little later food was dispatched from the shop with Swiggy delivery boy, who called me at my phone saying that he was not able to find the house no. I asked his location where he had parked himself and calling me from. I realised that he was at a wrong location/ wrong address. I redirected him and explained how he could reach the correct address. But he refused to move from there unless he hears from Swiggy authority. When called him at his number + 918048155458 he misbehaved and then refused to respond to my calls any further. On checking the delivery status we found that the order was delivered and hence closed.
We called Swiggy help number who gave such a cumbersome procedure to follow for refund is not worth the effort for a sum of Rupees five hundred and some odds. But action is needed so that a genuine customer does not suffer such humiliation and fraud
