Good day. I would like to file a complaint about the lending app platform named OKPeso. My friend borrowed money for the amount of P3000 but she only received P2100. At first she badly needed for the money due to her father is rushed to the hospital due to dialysis and also a bedridden patient. But the amount given to her was not enough so she bprrowed again because it was badly needed. But again she only received P2300 instead of P3000 again. Then she needed to pay for it for only 14days. The agents keep calling and harassing us to pay because my friend got her loan past due. though we already ask for consideration yet they still send text of threat and even use God’s name to scare us.
