Well I have ordered a product on 23rd of Sept 2022 from Flipkart in their sale period, where products were at 50-60% discounts, within 5 days of order placed, it was reached to the nearest delivery hub of Flipkart. Now the real struggle started.. The product was to be delivered by 30th of sept, but by 30th sept I didn’t receive a single call from the delivery partner, i took the initiative and called up the delivery partner and was asked to wait for 2 mins that he will give me a call back, since then i have not received any call back from them, but it does not end here, the next thing they did was update on the app that delivery was not possible because customer did not respond. Wow! what kind of a strawberry world they are living in, where no calls are being made to the customer and deliveries are cancelled by their choice. Later, when I raised this issue with flipkart customer service, i was repeatedly told to be patient and wait for the resolution, the first time i spoke to an customer service personel was on 1st of Oct, then on 3rd of oct, followed by 5th of Oct, then 6th of Oct, then 10th of oct, now you might be wondering why I called them so many times, it is because i was asked to wait till these mentioned dates to get resolution on my raised query. Finally the order was cancelled and i was asked by the customer support person to reorder if i want the product. Now the product price is 70-80% higher than what i have ordered it for. Read all the T&C’s of Flipkart, wherein they mentioned Flipkart is not responsible for any trade between Seller and Buyer, but the real question is what about the deliveries. Aren’t they responsible for such a terrible delivery partner, who i think does not hold any potential in delivering things on time with 1000s of pending complaints. Such a disgrace to a multi-billion dollar company working with such incompetent partners.
No contacts or way to reach the delivery partner. You are in that gray area where all you can do is wait and expect that things will be right but before this fact hits you, all your expectations are broken by the notification that your delivery is cancelled but you didn’t respond. I have been very patient with all this, but now i have no patience with such trading malpractices. This has been terribly exhausting and mentally torturing.
E-kart is basically a fraudulent organization, with no efficiency or holds no potential in the service industry. Even on their website or company URL, there’s no mention of contact numbers to connect with them for problem resolution.
