I applied for Jio fiber internet relocation request (Fixed Line No. 33 31575659) from registered phone number 7980275626 on 15-05-2026.
Booking No. LR00001DHDCJ. A payment of rupees 1200 was made.
KYC executive from JIO (Argha Sen, 70030 79608) called on 16-05-2026. Engineer (Aman Shaw, 7980031679) visited by location for KYC and processed the transfer.
18-05-2026, I received message for collection of router (CO0001SCMP71) and an executive came and collected the same.
After this i received a message that my existing connection has been cancelled. and my new connection has been changed to JIO AIR FIBER with SET up BOX (NO0001DJV6O).
I never applied for Air Fiber and i specifically asked the Argha Sen to make sure that the internet connection only gets transfered to new location.
After this, i am not being able to connect to JIO customer care anymore as there is no system to connect with customer service without having an active internet service.
Argha Sen has blocked my phone number and not accepting the call.
His manager Niladri Chakraborti (93307 04552) did not listen to me and since then also not accepting my call.
I have attached the picture of the JIO Router submitted to JIO during uninstallation.
