Vodafone has activated one service ‘ENGLISH SEEKHO PACK’ on my vodafone Sim card which is not activated by me. My balance Rs. 21 is deducted on weekly basis.
When I complaint about this to vodafone customer care on 198 then they were saying that ” you clicked one of advertisement because of that service pack is activated” Where as I have not activate this service pack using any vodafone officially website or using my vodafone number or sms. Still I didn’t get my refund back.
