MY mob. no 9073238070. I recharged for top up. The deduction calculation from the amount is not correct. Complained to customer care repeatedly.
Again complained to appellate Kolkata (W>B). Not received any solution.
Pl correctly calculates & deducts from balance and refunds my wrongly deducted values.
