I was ordering pizza on oven story and I paid the 530₹ through UPI by using paytm app. It showed that the transaction has been successfull and I also got an sms from the bank the amount was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. So I called oven story and told them about my problem but they said that we have not received any amount talk with the UPI guys, so I cancelled my order and raised a complaint in paytm app, and they said the transaction was successful and the money has been sent to oven story account via UPI. But oven story is not giving my money back.
