Dear sir,
i rechragr 148 plan of Vodafone unlimited call today .
i take 5 rs loan for main balance but this balance cut to talk with my friend .
before this i get msg from Vodafone for activation of 148 recharge .why main balance is deduct by Vodafone .I call to customer care but he is not clarify this .I want to claim 50000rs for this Fraud for valuable time consuming by customer care process.I call again and again to customer care.
I am an engineer and i don’t enough time to this.
plz solve my problem. otherwise i will complain to court.
