Absolutely disappointed with vodafone customer service! I have using vodafone for over a decade now! For the last 6 months I have been using a plan of 349 which gives me unlimited calling and 3GB internet.
Few days back when the pack got expired, i called up vodafone customer care from my friend’s number and they told me that the pack is no longer available and asked me to opt for Rs.255 pack. I work on internet and needed and extended data hence recharged for Rs.53 to get a 3GB for a day however to my surprise i was given a plan of 500GB internet for 1 Week.

I already have a monthly plan so this plan was not required and i was misled again! When i called up the customer care team, the representative Nishu, failed to address my issue and was speaking over me hence i requested to speak to the Manager which was denied stating that the manager is busy and i should be having a valid reason.

Wonderful, you charge me for the customer care call aswell and put me on hold for prolonged duration and deny to escalate my issue to the supervisor. The representative was thoroughly un professional and was speaking very rudely. I demand that the rep is taken off role.

She doesn’t deserve to be in customer support. I would certainly be taking this consumer forum since i was cheated and more importantly you charged me for the call wherein i did not get the service that was supposed to be rendered. Highly disappointed with Vodafone and i will certainly be opting for another service provider which cares for its consumer.

Again One of the vendor told me to get a recharge done for 399 and i’ll get 3GB internet daily. I did that and now I am only getting 1GB daily which will not work for me. I called up the customer care and once again they did not escalate the issue to the manager.

I am a consumer, it is my hard earned money. In 4 days I have spent (255/53/399) for something which does not suffice my purpose and there on the additional charges of speaking to utterly disastrous customer support team. A call back from the vodafone head office in india. My number is +91 98-74-830803.
