Text of Complaint by Shardul Thomabre:

I’m a TataSky consumer since more than3 years.

I’d registered a complaint on 31/3/2019 for relocation of my TataSky.

But, I did not get any result uptil now. Also, I received a text message that, the installer’s appointment was fixed during 20.00 hrs to 22.30 hrs on 1/4/2019. But,Instead your  installer called & told me to bring the dish to the changed location. 

Now, I managed to bring it to R-1, RH-4 Damodar Row House Co op housing society, Bibawewaidi Pune-37 & waiting to get it installed since 1/4/2019.

Can i get it installed immediately or I should take any legal action?
