My order # 149416066887
Date of Order – 21.10.2022 at around 2 pm
Place of Order – Adugodi, Bangaluru

I receive the wrong order from swiggy and they didn’t refund my money. I ordered Kadhai chicken roti thali with gulab jamun from Thali 99, nanjappa layout adugodi, Bengaluru. I also complained about this in the swiggy app, they want to add photos. I gave 2 photos of the food that I received. I also share those photos here.
After a few minutes, I got a mail from swiggy customer services that I can’t refund your amount because the photos did not pass the checks they ran before disputing this order with the restaurant. I mail back that I can share different and clear photos with you, but again they said that we can’t do anything.
This was my ordeal with Swiggy. It shows how Swiggy cheats on its customers and robs their money. I not only lost my whole amount but also faced harassment and embarrassment by Swiggy. Strict action must be taken against Swiggy for cheating customers like me and many others like me.
