I bought a MacBook Air at Apple Store, Chennai for Rs.99,110 on Sep’11 using Zest EMI Payment method (12 months/ Zero Interest).
I paid (manual payment) my first installment of Rs. 8973.59 (Principal Amount= Rs. 7942.85 + Interest = Rs. 1030.74) on Oct’05 using the Zest App. Zest person-in charge told me that every month Rs. 1030.74 will be deducted, but it will be refunded within a few days.
Within 5 days, on Oct’12 same amount of Rs. 8973.59 was automatically deducted from my account as the first installment. Attaching the screenshot for your reference.
On the same day I called the customer care support and explained the situation. I was told,
1. Within 7 days the deducted amount of Rs. 8973.59 will be refunded to my account.
2. The interest of Rs. 1030.74 paid on Oct’07 will also be refunded.
But till now, I have not received my refund. Please clarify
