Text of Complaint by Shobana Lakshminarasimhan:

Product: Jaipur Solid wood book case
Data of purchase: May 07, 2017
Order number: #INSF91042133
Date of delivery: May 21, 2017

The glass door of the book case was broken at the time of delivery. I raised a complaint immediately at support@saraf.com. I asked for either repair or take the product back. The seller is refusing to do either saying that the glass is not coming under warranty. The glass was not broken by using but when the saraf delivery team opened the shelf, the glass was broken. After repeated calls to the customer care, the seller is refusing and not giving proper response. This cause extreme stress and frustration. I want my money back.
