I purchased a voltas ac last year april in ghaziabad. Now i moved to kolkata and wanted to use it but it was not working. Lodged a complaint on 3May and after 3 attempts a tech visited and said i have to pay for service and technician. I purchased the product under 5 years warranty. After repeated follow up they finally took the ac for repair and now they are saying it will take 10-15 days for repair. Its a harrasement. Its so hot and even having the product i am not able to use it. Above all the people are so rude and impolite. Please help

I locked the complaint against my AC which is under warranty and your service team misguiding me since one month . And now they are asking money to resolve the same
