This is Bishal Dhar a regular customer who always order by prepaid ,I was happy with the facilities provided by Paytm untill they came up with poor service for flight booking.
On 11th February I booked two flight tickets for my uncle Mr.Bidhu Roy and Manju Roy with order id 2733940059 from Banglore-Guwahati. But unfortunately I cancelled one of the two tickets which was of Mr.Bidhu Roy by mistake and I got cancellation money on my account on 11th itself. As they had to reach Guwahati on that particular date , I immediately booked another ticket for Mr Bidhu Roy through ClearTrip on the same flight I did the tickets before. On 12th February I asked Paytm through email to provide me the correct information regarding tickets and they replied to me that I have one ticket that is Manju Roy’s ticket is confirmed and she will be travelling on 22th Feb from Bangalore-Guwahati.So my uncle was travelling through Cleartrip account and his wife was travelling through Paytm.
On 22th Feb when they went to airport for check in , AirAsia’s representative told them that the ticket of Manju Roy was being cancelled on 11th February itself ,but my order and the email I got from Paytm concluded that Manju Roy’s ticket was confirmed.
I quickly called Paytm care centre regarding my issue ,and I asked what is the status about my order id,and they told me Mrs.Manju Roy ticket is confirmed and sucess and there panel is showing my ticket is confirmed with her name, I told them about the issue my uncle and aunt were facing on airport then he called AirAsia representative through conference call ,then AisAsia told them that Manju Roy’s ticket already got cancelled on 11th Feb and Paytm should have refunded Manju Roy’s ticket on 11th Feb itself. AirAsia even asked your team that you guys having fault and passenger is facing this issue as my uncle and aunt are medical patient.Mrs Manju Roy through which I booked ticket from Paytm just had her operations in Bangalore..
I asked paytm on 22th February why they didn’t informed me before that my ticket got cancelled ,if they told me or refund both ticket amount I could have easily booked another ticket through other website ,your team accepted their mistake as I didn’t got any refund amount before 25th Feb.They accepted their mistake because of your silly mistake Manju Roy wasn’t able to travel and her husband had to cancel his Cleartrip flight ticket.As the ticket was done from Cleartrip was confirmed but the ticket I booked through Paytm was cancelled. I have all evidence/proof/voice conversation in which their team accepted their mistake and my aunt got serious issue because they had to travel to Guwahati by train on sleeper class and she is medical patient. She got serious medical issues because of travelling through train and now is again admitted in hospital .
Now I want you guys to provide them penalty fee and they claim Paytm should provide them amount of full ticket both Cleartrip and Paytm rupees and compensation of amount 5lakh, I have voice notes/screenshot/evidence as well as AirAsia also told me to file a complaint against your team. Even @vikash sir founder of Paytm ignored my tweet on twitter and blocked me .

Paytm team,
My flight got cancelled for 25 march 2019 by jet airways. I have booked the tickets from paytm app. Its been 1 month i have not received the refund. And your customer care people are worst they have one one sentence wait for some time..
Everytime i call they have same sentence.
They don.t transfer call to manager or supervisor.
I will writing mail to higher authority and CEO. If this doesn.t get fixed.
I want paytm people to contact me when I will get refund.
