My name is Avik Pan.
I purchased two product on flipkart for my brother (Animesh Pan) and made the payment through debit card on 23rd November,2016.
Due to some reason I cancelled two product, but I did not get my refund within 3 working days of the bank.
I called the customer care of flipkart and they told me to contact with the bank. After that I went to the bank and they said, we haven’t get any such amount from flipkart and also said if flipkart has given your refund, it should be credited into your bank account.
Again I called to the flipkart customer care and they said please call the customer care no of the bank. I called the bank customer care and they said the same as the branch(bank).
After that again I called to flipkart, they said send your bank statement. According to them I gave my bank statement but I did not get my refund and flipkart also said to fill up “charge back form” to the bank, but bank said they was not ready to give this form for flipkart.
Now it’s been 4 months over. Now flipkart is not doing anything. Sometimes they hang up the call during calling.
