- I ordered a item from paytm, order Id: 5103894210. It was supposed to deliver on 8th may, I haven’t received any call regarding the delivery that day. Suddenly, it was showing delivered and I have not received any delivery.
I raised a query asking for answer Query no:64986791, they are giving very late replies, they said it was delivered. I got to know they delivered it to the wrong address.
I have given my address as Chinmayi Pg for ladies, but they delivered it to Srinivas chinmayi pg. Now they closed the case without giving proper justification. I lost my money, how can they do like this.
