I bought a Sony Led from Paytm mall app and tge product I Recived was a damaged one. I asked them to return but they are not replying and rejecting my return. The customer support team is also not replying.
The seller is rejecting the return claiming that the address was not found though its the same address pn which it was delivered.
Paytm is harassing me to the peak because the TV costs Rs. 62495 and they are not giving me refund. Kindly help me as this a huge amount and the deceiver paytm and the seller should be punished
