I booked a bus at paytm yesterday night for 11.55 pm, At 10.30 pm, I called all rhose numbers which were provided by the paytm and after an hour i have been asked by any operator that the Bus service provider you booked on paytm is not exist. They shutted off since 2016 and still paytm provided us that bus which is closed from years and that for midnight where we donot have any options for change and asked us to wait for 12.00 as per their policy, the location provided by the operator was at very deserted area where our girls faces harassment as well, we not only loses our money but at midnight we loses our valuable time also, and were helpless because no transport was available from haridwar after 12 when we called at paytm customer care they took us at hold for more then hours and no one attended our call, I would like to raise a FIR against paytm for not helping us and providing the bus operator which never exists,I wish your team will able to help us, feel free to contact me, i will share you the call recording of which paytm gives us the number, who said that our services are closed, it is only paytm fault, feel free to call at 9582858212
