Zoomcar authorities have unnecessarily alleged me of damaging their vehicle during my trip time, even though I did not damage the vehicle from anywhere and also have submitted the proof the video of the car I took just in case, the zoomcar I got was parked on the road and i was supposed to drop the zoomcar at the spot I picked up the car from which is parked on the roadside which is a public area and also anyone can damage the car because it is simply parked on the road with no security, zoomcar authorities without having a prove themselves blame me for the damage even though I haven’t damaged the car from anywhere, zoomcar is a fraud and not recommended for usage ever, i have completed 10 trips and never faced such issue but this time zoomcar has pressed illicit charges without any facts or proofs themselves.
