Hi Team,
I am really disappointed by vodafone. i had requested for deactivation of number 9619093958 in year 2016 and i was told by executives that its has already been deactivated and later on i received a bill of 2880rs which i didnt owe.
similar situation had happend so many times and you guys are keep on calling me for the same. i am using another number of vodafone 9920377587 and you have barred my outgoing service unnecessarily and this is no acceptable.
i called yesterday to vodafone customer care to start the service again but they trated me very badly i was on the line for almost an hour but they were very unprofessiona and rude. i had already shared all the trail emails to vodafone for the same. still i am being harassed by vodafone.
request you to please look into this and get outgoing start for below number-9920377587.
i have already shared a trail email and recording to vodafone id for futher investigation.
