I have ordered a bag of American Tourister Polypropylene Small – 55 cm, Medium – 68 cm & Large – 79 cm Hard Trolley Bag (Set of 3) (ZKK-ALL_Coral Blue) image and bills attached and I have rcvd single bag from them in orange colour. I have ordered three trolley bag set bt rcvd only single luggage carry bag not trolley bag and only single piece is rcvd.. Amazon is not helping me in tht. They says item is out of stock from seller end, Unable to provide a exchange. They are cheating customer by showing low prices and sending items other than shown in the amazon app. I have called them several times bt they are not ready to provide exchange for tht. Neither there chat support is providing any better solution. I have paid for the product and I need tht product only.. After noticing the errors they said we have a separate team for tht we will connect u with them they will solve the issue. Bt they also not able to provide any better solution and said We are investigating the matter and will get back to u bt no response from them at all. So I request u to help me in this..
