Text of Complaint by Adinath M Mahamuni:

I have invested and used talkcharge since years without any complaints or issues but now talkcharge is suddenly charging 20% convenience fees suddenly for every service which is very unfortunate and unreliable.
We have trusted talkcharge, linked our friends, family members with talkcharge family with confidence. But now all are very hurt with this move of talkcharge of charging 20% convenience fees.
I am reading complaints, ill remarks, dislikes against talkcharge all over social platforms which is very unfortunate.
I request you to please consider this request.

  1. Please cooperate with talkcharge I think they increase wallet balance every month so if they can charge 20% then what’s wrong in this . I am also talkcharge user this is very gud application for students who can’t effort much money for their education and others they can invest in this and increase his money per month

    1. Amrita everything is wrong. They are charging more than double of what they credited to you and that too illegally without intimation

  2. It is shocking that for the last 3 months transaction done to pay bills are repeatedly failed and entire wallet balance debited. It is horrible experience that despite paying 20%convenience fees transaction are not executed and Talk charge is using funds without any cash back. Herculean task to get back my own wallet balance used for failed transaction Finally after one more attempt and if this fails proceed to Consumer court.
