I have orderd Tygot Adjustable Aluminium Alloy Tripod Stand Holder for Mobile Phones & Camera from amazon on 22nd November 2020 for 389/-. The product received to me, but as the quality of the product was not good, I asked for the refund. But amazon told me that the product is not under refund policy, so I need to take a replacement. As I was not having any choice I said OK for that. But after many days the product did not arrived and after many days amazon told me that the product is not available so we can refund. After doing multiple requests everytime I was told different answers and today on 19th Jan 2021 also my refund is not paid.
