I ordered food from ONDC via Paytm App from OvenStory. The order was 2 pizzas, 1 Coke, and 1 cheese garlic bread.
It took almost 2hrs for the rider to reach me with only 1 pizza and 1 garlic bread that too in very bad condition. Almost inedible cold and stale. The packet seal was broken and items were missing.
The rider said that he got the packet from the merchant (overstory) in that condition and his supervisor agreed to call back in 10 mins with an answer but nothing happened.
When I tweeted about this, Ovenstory said it is not their fault and the delivery partner is to be blamed.
Delivery partner (Dunzo) says its Overstory’s fault
Paytm says they are not liable
As a customer, I am absolutely lost as my money is wasted and no one seems to be accountable.
