Flipkart’s poor security system had allowed an unknown person to order products from my account and delivery contact number address and OTP where breached and delivered and when tried to contact flipkart to response where proper even after filing a cybercrime case against the same. Continous phone calls regarding the wrong transaction is physically and mentally disturbing and also would affect my cibil bank status.
