With due regards I am here to inform you that eBay company(online shopping company) is not return in my money back .
In Oct.2015 l bought a mobile phone from this company which was a faulty product. I returned to back to the seller and requested for refund which was approved in Nov.2015.
After a multiple(more than 100s) call backs from my side they haven’t returned my money back.
Unfortunately 3-4 months have passed and they have not returned my money. I have contacted their customer care they are only making me fool . Every time I call them, they say we want 48-72 hrs to resolve your problem. They never gave me definite resolution .
I request you to help me as quick as possible.
