i have booked my train tickets via transation nos: 7073105941,7073253014 and 7076549284 on 15 jan 2019. and every time amount deducted from my account rs 2626.47 respectively. but my tickets booking failed but money had been deducted. i had conveyed this to customer care executives regarding this issues. they assured me it will be credited back to my account within 24 hrs. almost 25 days over , but my money has not been credited back. where is the problem or what is the issues in this, please help me out.
