Text of Complaint by VIJENDRA PAL SINGH:

I placed an order with order id 1056571326 on 5th april for which i received incorrect order and the ZOMATO assured the refund for this but they initiated the refund on 11april due to which my ZOMATO credits expired and on complaining they are refusing to refund back. Its totally there fault as they should have done this on the same day but the didn’t. And on complaining for continuously for so many days they did this today after harassing a customer for his own money for more than 6 days.
