Airtel Complaint: Unable to Access the Internet from a Month No Response from Customer Care ,No solution provided

Text of Complaint by Nisharunnisa Shaik:

I am Nisha and I am using Airtel from last 1year 9515032468 is my airtel number. I am into Postpaid plan from last 1 year under the Family plan of 9701198198.
From last 20 days (approx from April 1st week) I am not able to access the internet.I have called the customer care and raised a complaint they said the issue will get resolved in 16hrs. From that day to today (10-04-2019) I have raised many complaints regarding the same issue some of the suggestions given by your executives are :
Change the Sim Slot
Restart your Phone
Your Issue will get resolved in 16 hrs
Your Issue will get resolved in 24hrs
Visit the nearest store and change the sim card — Actually, I have tried this when the executive of the store suggested me not to change the sim card as some of the components are missing , he will raise a complaint to Technical team and the issue will get resolved in 4 working days ( visited the store on 06-04-2019).
Still the issue hasn’t resolved yet when I again call the Customer care they are repeating the same like Will escalate your issue to our Superior ( but this time they mentioned they can not assure me the timeline when the issue get resolved ) and they also want me to visit the store again and change the sim card.
I am neither satisfied with the Customer service or Airtel services, No proper Response from their end.No issue resolving.
Not able to RESOLVE THE ISSUES ON MENTION TIMELINES!
I want to raise a COMPLAINT against both the Customer Support and Store support Executives for giving me False Hopes instead of making my issue resolved.
