I am not able to access my paytm bank account for some reason. I registered a complaint about this on their customer care via call , chat option and even i wrote a review on playstore about this. They said they will help me but 2 month have passed and they did nothing.
Other thing they keep sending me messages about bank scheme but that is acceptable. Recently paytm official message was sent to me that they had added 559 rupees in my paytm game section and when i checked there was nothing there. Then they sent a message that it was some error and there is no money added to your wallet. This behaviour is totally unacceptable as it shows that they are provoking their users to play there casino games by sending fake money added messages and when person checks the wallet after downloading the app they send a apology message.
This behaviour is unacceptable from a trusted wallet and bank service app. I want them to solve my problem and compensate me with something for the time i have wasted around them complaining.Image Uploaded by Sharish Thakur:
