have placed an order 15977308469036574A on 18th Aug and 2 items were not delivered in the order.
The delivery happened on 24th Aug without these items. Bill attached.
I need my refund of Rs. 368.50
1. Surf Excel Ezee 4Kg Rs. 340
2. Thumbs up 600 ml Rs. 28.5
In the bill they have given complimentary safety essential of
1. face ply mask but charged it in bill @Rs 169.90 and
2. Sanitizer lifebuoy but charged @ Rs 75.00
I have not yet received any refund of this pending order amount and have additionally been charged an amount Rs 244.50 for the freebies which were not asked even though it’s been more than a month since my order.
Can you resolve this issue as soon as possible.
