I have not received My refund for spicejet flight of April month. After trying for 1-2 months finally i connected to Them in july and It It was assured that money is refunded to credit shell and while booking my next ticket I can redeem it.
When I tried using credit shell only 400 rs of my 3500rs amount was refunded.
Have been following up for rest amount Everytime i have to Everytime i have to for 15-20 min for my call to be answered and then i hear same response to wait for 48hrs.
Its already 8 days now and 4 calls made. Still they are asking me to wait for 48 hours
