Dear Sir

 

I had booked bus ticket from though paytm on 9 dec 2019 at 1 am night , Kanpur to new delhi , bus provider yolobus . bus timing is 2 am from ramadevi flyover Kanpur .I reach there around 1.30 am , im loany there at night on flyover no one are there , I called to this no 09758513427 to know about the bus when will come , he give me bus driver no and told me ask him about the bus , bus driver no is 9871707305. After I call to bus driver around 2.05 am, he told me when I reach flyover than I call you .after 20 min I again call to bus driver at 2.30 am, I ask to bus driver again  sir please tell me when bus will come because I am loanly here on the flyover no one person her only trucks are going I scare please tell me when will you arrive here he told me am 150 km from flyover and I will take two or three hours to arrive and he told me when I arrive  I call you , and I after this ,I leave the flyover around 2.40 am .I have attached screen short , when bus driver call me. I had take auto rekshow to bus station , I had take govt bus around 2.55 am . Sir I have attached all proof regarding this . I have call to customer care for regarding this , they send me on mail and tell me please attach another travelling proof and replay , this take 7 days . after 7 days I call to customer care again the told me we will replay 48 hours for refund your amt . but Sir still I have not received any kind of mail and SMS of regarding my refund . my paytm no is 9871345972.

Around 2 am I called to bus operator he share bus driver mob no 9871707305. And I call to bus driver he told me , I’m  150 km far from from boarding place . And he told when I reach boarding place than I call you.i  have attached call receive screen short . When he call , he call me 4.46 am.

Sir almost 16 days past still not received any kind of help or refund my money so Sir please do something
