Its been 24 days where I bought Neeru ‘s merchant vouchers worth 2000 & 1000 each, which on tried to redeem at the merchant it showed invalid. Same day spoke to customer care explained the situation, which they agreed the problem caused after talking to cashier at one of the neeru’s Store.
So the initial complaint has been recorded on 10th feb’18. However there are hundreds of follow up’s has been made through mails, messages and calls. Every one starting from executives team leaders, floor supervisors and higher mgmt said the same story that their back end team working on it and I would get my refund of the money, which is still a doubt.
Now today on my recent conversation with Surender Singh from Delhi the so called team leader of Paytm says I will hv to wait till it gets resolved, where their back end team is still working on it, when I express my dissatisfaction for the solution given to me, he just says you can complaint where ever you want and hangs down the phone while i’m Still on call.
Surprisingly this guy got my calls barred where I couldn’t get connected to customer care anymore. Which defines their poor ethics & work culture. I seriously pity you Paytm as you hired a chunk of fools & immatured people in your company.
It is clear that Paytm proved to be one those fraud brands which don’t care about customer.
from this complaint I expect :
my refund of amount 3k
action on Mr. Surender Singh who is incapable of answering customer issues and his rude behaviour
all my call charges which got incurred all these days.
