booked Oyo hotel on 11 sep and I pay online when I go for checkout they said call Oyo and Oyo person seems like scammer.

Hi I booked Oyo hotel flagship av homes in gurgaon. The booking was done by Oyo office app I get all details on my WhatsApp app. I paid online payment. However, when I go there they took my I’d card and all take my details on register after that said please pay. When I said I already paid they said sorry we can not give u room. U need to pay again or talk with Oyo customer care. When I called them Oyo customer care agen seems like scammer. They are wasting my time on call and transfer my call again and again.. please help I need my Monday back and please close this hotel..its night time. Well I delete my details through pen in register and leave that hotel. I have payment screenshot and I took hotel pic in night
