I  m using vodafone postpaid no.8010465495 since long ,i submitted request for address update on 26 aug 2019 in vodafone store in dwarka and submitted required documents ,i need that address updated on urgent basis because i need to update o other documents and renew my passport on urgent basis so i called customer care after few days and they informed me that my new address that is A-6A,BHAGWATI GARDEN EXTN.UTTAM NAGAR ,NEW DELHI. has updated and i ll get that on next bill. but when i received bill yesterday it has old address ,new address still was updated,i called up customer care today then they said my address updation request has rejected as verification is negative…but nobody came to my place for verification ,just because of vodafone employees i am in big trouble as i need to update my address on my other id proofs urgently nut vodafone employees are treating me so badly …even i talked to them for 45 min today and at the end they disconnected call,they were putting my call again and again,represented transferred the call to supervisor when i asked no. of times and when i asked to talk to concerned manager then supervisor disconnected.both supervisor and representative were trying to make me fool rather than solving my problem.i need bill with updated address urgently within 2 days any how,its not my fault,i can not wait for a month for next bill and i can not go to voda store again and again,its their fault so they need to take action and issue me this month bill with updated address within 1 or 2 days..its not my cup of tea,i have already wait for a month for a simple address update,i want that vodafone will reissue my bill that they issued yesterday with updated address within next 1 or 2 days,how they will do its their concern.There should be strict action against vodafone
