  13. I have purchased some electronic gadget with cashback offer with Paytm payment. The Paytm person advocating at the HP outlet says that the KYC will be done shortly. Since July I am still unable to get KYC done. The cashback offer is valid till Feb 2019 only. I fear that the cashback will be lapsed.

I am writing this mail with very sober language but I am very much frustrated and tortured.

  14. Information provided is incorrect. Paytm says kyc has expired. For full kyc in person verification is required. However all kyc centers have been closed. The help line for is also closed. You can trick them by logging into other option and asking operater to transfer. But the response is visiting site where vague locations are given that do not exist and change every day. This is clearly attempt to defraud RBI.
