I was perches a 43″ Hisense Android tv dt.24 of September product delivered from amazon.in when the product is installed we’d facing some problem on tv black spot on centre point I call the Amazon c care he told send me the screen shot on tv & technician job sheet I send boath of them attached by Amazon link, After he told me don’t worry sir we are pickup the product within 2 working days but he did not pick up the product I call after 2 working days he told me please wait sir 4 days passed but don’t pickup the product then I call again cc I want to talk senior transfer the call senior department senior told me the product Self return I really shoked after 6 days passed I told him cc missguided me last 6 days what can I do sir now he told me please send the product via courier I send the product he told me your full amount of product and courier charges will be refund when we are received the product product reached the Amazon on dt,12.10.20. *product amount refunded* But Courier charges not refunded yet now . I send the blue dart courier charges slip … Amazon.cc told me wait sir 24,hr or 48hr from dated 12.10.20.I still call cc I Last call cc dt.28.10.20. Mr senior Onkar he promised & email send me your amount reflect whitheen 48hr but didn’t get my money yet now I think Amazon cc missguided me again….. please help us…. Thanku
