I ordered a pair of heels from them. They cancelled my order and is refusing to refund. My amount and is not sharing the refund ID.

We would like to clarify the facts regarding this complaint.
This was a Cash on Delivery (COD) order 16075 which was successfully processed and shipped from our end. However, the order was refused/rejected by the customer at the time of delivery.
Since this was a COD order and was not accepted by the customer, no payment was collected and therefore no refund is applicable.
The claim of non-delivery or fraud is factually incorrect and does not reflect the actual situation.
We always assist customers with genuine concerns and maintain proper communication throughout the order process.
We request that accurate information be considered to avoid misunderstanding.
