Text of Complaint by Ankit Gupta:

I had ordered some food through zomato app from New Lazeez Restaurant, Rohini New Delhi on 13 July 2021 at 2:24 AM. My order number was 2302666833.

The zomato delivered the wrong item and caused me to sleep without consuming meals I paid for. Meanwhile they use a chat option to deal with complaints and they asked me to accept the refund without any resolution. This is the third time I am facing all this. This has to come to an end and zomato should be banned to operate. Because they are just making fool of customer and harassing customer mentally and financially.
