Hi Sir/Ma’am
I usually order food from zomato and this never happened. First of all I called the zomato valet when order status was on the way. He said the order is still preparing in a ride manner. I asked him how much time it’ll take to deliver the order he said he will be there in 15-20 minutes.
He never arrived and the order was cancelled with a reason that he could not reach to me.
I was waiting at the security gate which has a cctv camera. I was there you can even check that too.
Again, there is a security check at the entrance which adds an entry whoever comes, there is no such record for same.
Kindly help me with this issue.
