I order from zomato as usual. Suddenly I get a call from my zomato valet, he’s getting angry and talking rudely to me saying he has delivered in those apartments 4-5 times already. Am I the consumer who’s order he’s getting first time today responsive for keeping track how many orders he’s does here and am I supposed to listen to him telling me he’s delivered there too much? This is incredible. Zomato isn’t even letting me contact them. No response on chat.. what is a customer to do? My mood is off. The food is as good as garbage if eaten without feeling. What should I do. He went off course to increase the delivery duration as well. Please help. This is unfair.
